Zumba is a great way for me to exercise without feeling like I'm exercising! I love music and I love to dance so combining the two is a win win for me! By the end of the class I'm sweating,laughing and feeling like I've had a great workout!
Additional Information
In addition to all of the great experiences I've had at Children's Hospital I am very proud of being chosen to be on the Hand Hygiene Committee! Before Covid, it has always been stressed how important it is to wash your hands and to use hand sanitizer! The committee met twice a month and we were required to make sure that the people in our Departments were practicing safe handwashing hygiene! Also making sure our peers were using the proper PPE.
