- Responsible for identifying, initiating, establishing, facilitating, and maintaining relationships with DCAC's 34 Partner Agencies
- Manage/facilitate weekly Dallas and IFAC MDTC meetings.
- Manage/facilitate Special Child Death Staffing.
- Persuade, influence, and maintain a neutral overview while leading the team to explore alternative options and outcomes, while also managing, mediating, and deflating high stress/crisis-oriented situations.
- Responsible for overall all assessment, development, and implementation of ongoing orientation, training, and technical assistance needs of MDT related to collaborative efforts and cross-discipline training.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of the MDT Enhancement Program.
- Provide oversight and direction related to administrative functions, budget management, and departmental policies and procedures.
- Responsible for the overall management of criminal and civil case tracking activities.
- Review, revise, and re-execute DCAC MDT Investigative Protocol and Memorandums of Understanding.
- Gather feedback, access, and address all MDT relationships, satisfaction, and level of participation.
- Provide conflict resolution and mediation on all MDT complaints, policy issues, etc.
- Conduct ongoing visits with multiple level stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and supervision of partner relations program; mentor direct reports in achieving both professional and personal growth goals.
- Ensure annual performance plans are in place; routinely provide feedback and guidance to encourage individual and team performance.
- Represent the organization on a local, state, and national level by presenting at conferences.
