• Communicated professionally and friendly with large volume of customers placing orders, discussed menu options relating to event or number of guests. Data entry of orders verifying dates, pick up and delivery times and address. ( My first priority was to answer the catering calls and to assist walk up customers )
• Collaborated with staff in fry room, main kitchen, and catering kitchen to assure orders were synchronized and ready for pick up. Retrieved customers trays, platters, and pans of cooked dishes from different depts then completed the check out process (lots of running around upstairs and down which I considered exercise most of the time)
• Maintained, stocked, and refreshed all production for our "Grab and Go" coolers throughout a shift. Communicating with the catering kitchen to what was a big seller. ( Proud to say almost every item in our "grab and go" is made in house! I was always happy to inform customers)

• Maintained clean, hygienic kitchen workspace by sweeping, mopping and taking out trash as well as washing pots, pans cutting boards, utensils, and whatever was necessary .
• Washed, peeled and cut various foods such as fruits and vegetables when arranging platters.
• Prepared Gourmet Cheese, Antipasto, Fresh Veggie and Fruit Platters, Made 7 different Salads according to recipe, platters and single cold sandwiches including finger, poboys, muffalettas, paninis, etc. using various freshly baked breads from the bakery.

• Worked numerous events in N.O. Convention Center, Set up and waited tables for Mardi Gras Balls and 1 NYs Eve. Setup small dining spaces and large banquet areas as well as break down, formal banquets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, tableware placement, waiting tables and running trays of food. (Always worked the Saints Games best of ALL)
• Worked events in Smoothie King Center and LSU Stadium which was Concession, usually a Concert or Basketball Game. ( I always asked to work in the B.O.H. making pizzas, or plating baskets of fried chicken tenders Ha! )
