Started on the med surg, oncology unit, transfered to in home hospice after 10 years, worked at hospice for 1 1/2 years. Then transfered back into hospiital to MICU for 15 years. Worked thru covid at which time I made the decision to join the vascular access team. Have worked that unit the last five years, Place iv's, usgpiv's,PICC lines and midlines. during this time I attended the AVA twice. Trained 2 team members due to 2 moving .
