As a manager of Shipley Donuts, I work closely with the shop owners to ensure that all areas of operation run smoothly and efficiently. Our shop currently has good employee retention, which allows me to focus more on customer service and delivering a quality product. Daily tasks in which I'm involved include:

• Baking and kneading dough.
• Proofing and frying donuts
• Making and preparing croissant sandwiches.
• Making and preparing kolaches.
• Assisting customers at the counter and drive-thru.
• Ensuring safety practices remain a top priority.

As a District Manager of AutoZone, my core responsibilities were to ensure the district was upholding the culture and directives given by the organization and implementing them throughout the stores in my district. Creating a competitive atmosphere throughout my district, while incentivizing my top performers, allowed our team to consistently beat sales targets year after year. As a former field manager, my daily tasks included:

• Quarterly P&L Review to identify areas of opportunity.
• Provided training in areas of business acumen, diagnosing, product knowledge, and troubleshooting customer concerns.
• Provided training in diagnostic tools, such as the OBD2 reader, battery tester, alternator tester, and starter tester.
• Conducted period and quarterly audits, including Loss Prevention, HR, Safety, and various other company compliances.
• Coached through individual development plans, and held those accountable for underperformance, while incentivizing top performers.
• Reviewed individual store schedules to ensure unallocated hours were at their minimum to provide the best services to the customers.
• Engaged with the Commercial Managers to help promote our services, to gain more market share.
