I've been raised around kids all my life as I am the oldest sibling in my family I have a younger brother 2 years younger and a sister 12 years under me. - Once older took care of getting the boys on and off the school bus
- The amount of care needed has always adapted as the boys have grown
- They are currently 12 years old so present day care includes picking up from school or getting the boys off the bus, transporting to sports or after school activities, preparing dinner and snacks and reminding the boys to do their homework
- We still go on adventures during the summer as the care is all day instead of just after school
- Adventures now include hiking, kings island, swimming pool or other activities
- When the schools shut down during the beginning of the covid-19 pandemic I assisted with schooling and overseeing the boys on their zoom classes
