- Promoted to container shop supervisor. Supervised 4 welders, 3 delivery drivers.

- Maintained containers and compactors for Dade, Broward and West Palm Beach county.

• (1992 - 1993 ) Industrial and Commercial supervisor.

- Overseeing 4 rolloff drivers and 4 front load drivers in our Dade Court Yard.

- B.F.I opened a customer service center, I was asked to supervise 8 call handlers and dispatchers in Broward county.

- I was asked to go to Atlanta help start up the city recycling program. Was there for 3 months, following trucks to make sure routes were complete.

- Upon my return I was put in charge of the city of Miramar, Dania & Cooper Cities garbage, residential and commercial.

- Job responsibilities were to make sure routes were complete at a safe and timely manner.

• ( 1993 - 1995 )

- I was asked to go to San Juan to help with the start up of B.F.I garbage contract for 3 months, my job was to follow garbage trucks to make sure pick up in a safe and timely manner.

• ( 1995 - 1996 )

- Managed the new residential recycling plant in Davie, I was asked in charge of night shift, consisting of 15 labors, 2 ladder operators and 1 baler operator.

• (1996 - 1999 )

- B.F.I opened a new container shop in Wilton Manors. Managed F.E.L, containers and compactors for Broward County, Fort Myers and Key West.

- I was promoted to general manager of the garbage and 3 mechanics. March of 2000 B.F.I lost the contract 1999 - 2000.

• (1999 - 2000 ) Managed the Residential recycling for Palm Beach county.
• ( 2001 - 2010 ) Republic Services.

- In charged of the garbage and recycling for the cities of Tamarac, North Lauderdale and Coconut Creek.

• ( 2001 - 2004 ) Promoted to Safety manager.

- I was responsible for the safety of all residential and commercial drivers and helpers.

- responsible for conducting safety meetings once a month.

• ( 2004 - 2007 ) Promoted to their C + D and fiber recycling plant.

- In charge of C+D building 3 labors, 2 loader operators fiber building, 15 labors and 2 operators.

- Bales newspaper, shredded paper and OCC, most proud achievement, no accidents or injuries the 3 years I was there.

- Yard waste and wood grinding yard 8 employers, mechanics 2 grinders.

- Responsible for operations and safety of grinding yard waste and woods for Power Plant.

• (2012 - 2022 ) Resource Metal Manager

- In charge of shredding and operation of plant 15 employees and 1 mechanic.

- Responsible for unloading and loading metal also all maintenance of shredded and conveyors.

• Most proud moment, I was selected employee of the year 2011. I was voted out of 350 employees, Patti Hamilton was my presenter.
