· Outreach functions: distribute fliers, contact resettlement agency. Conduct post-test, class evaluations, site assessments, set-up classes, conduct home visits for registration.

· Perform weekly follow-up calls due to class attendance. Document client interaction.

· Greet customers and answer phone calls providing prospective clients with BEI services daily.

· Attend to all walk-in prospective clients providing the necessary information regarding BEI services.
