Costco’s membership department has taught me that performance goals can be exceeded with ease through team efforts and proper leadership, whilst maintain high employee morale. I managed to learn Bakery, Pharmacy, Food Court, Membership and Front – End. I always ensured members had a great experience and always helped them with any hardships they were facing. At Costco, I exceeded memberships goals with their tabling events such as Costco Anywhere Visa cards and talking to people about upgrading to an executive membership. I was always determined to always do better than what was expected.
