My name is Natalie Reyes, Im 19 years old and I have been working in customer service for a year and four months now which I absolutely love it. I am a bubbly, enthusiastic, and hardworking person and employee. I like to cook and explore in cooking and nature in my free time. As well as organizing and listening to music which I find very therapeutic. Although lying in bed watching movies or shows is also a favorite but nothing beats hanging out with family and friends. Im passionate in improving in myself , my customer service and experience to further my growth to achieve my goals. Which is to be the best version of myself everyday by learning something new. I’m great with adapting and multitasking tasks in any setting. Im always devoted to giving every customer a respectful and positive experience with anything they need. Im a reliable customer service representative who always comes to work with a positive attitude and smile on my face ready to work and greet customers while keeping track of time to do any tasks that are requested. I am a great communicator and problem solver working effectively and productively with diverse customers and individual needs. Im great in working under pressure and adapting to new situations and challenges to best enhance my skills and abilities.
