• Facilitating educational, process-oriented, strength-based family therapy.
• Upholding ethical principles, confidentiality, and HIPPA laws.

• Provides therapeutic and case management services to transition-age youth 15-21 years old.
• Provides community and office-based services.
• Includes individual, group and family therapy, crisis intervention, advocacy, and case management weekly with caseload of 25 clients.
• Assists youth and families in receiving necessary medical, social, educational services.

• Provides accurate assessments and directs person-centered services.
• Uses Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of the American Psychiatric Association for accurate diagnosis.
• Implements effective case recording in accordance with Person Centered Planning and NeMCMHA guidelines.
• Maintains professional relationships with community services for infants, children, and families.
• Actively participates in the Children's Diagnostic and Treatment Team for emergent crisis assessment.
• Participates in on-call rotation for Mobile Intensive Crisis Stabilization Services (ICSS).
• Implements evidence-based practices as per Individual Plan of Service (IPOS).
• Demonstrates knowledge of universal precautions, standards of practice, and emergency protocol.
