As a truck dispatcher, I manage and coordinate freight transportation to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. I assign loads to drivers, communicate with clients and brokers, and resolve issues during transit. I also use the DAT load board to source freight, negotiate contracts, and optimize routes. With strong organizational skills and attention to detail, I track shipments, monitor driver progress, and ensure compliance with regulations while maintaining accurate records and fostering positive stakeholder relationships.

• Support the activities of the Customer Engineers assigned to this position within a particular geographic region or territory; Plan, prioritize, assign, and monitor all open work orders for CE’s, ensuring the prompt delivery of service to meet our contractual terms and conditions
• Responsible for identifying and escalating to the Team Leader or the Territory Manager, any situation that will cause a work order to exceed a specific contractual response or fixed time
