I had a concurrent job as a ED Tech 1 in the Emergency room. I was responsible for Patient vitals, setting up procedures, splinting, EKG's, helping during Traumas and anything else the RN or Doctors requested help with.

I have been a Patient Access Specialist in the ED, Outpatient Therapy Clinic and Cardiac Clinic. I have been responsible for patient registration, Benefits, Authorization, Referrals, Multiple phone lines and much more.

I was a Case Management Specialist I was responsible for creating referrals for patient being discharged from the hospital to Skilled Nursing Facilities, Acute Care Hospitals or Transfers to other higher level Hospitals. also getting DME for patient and setting up Medical Transport.
