- Submitted nine patent ideas resulting in six US patent filings and one new product currently under development.
- Developed the Verizon Idea Portal, a community-based idea submissions website. Portal users can comment and rate ideas submitted by peers and the management team can publish, edit, and delete ideas, rank them, flag them, and add private notes viewable by the rest of the management team.
