Selected to serve in new project intake role providing expert consultation with executive sponsors and business owners regarding new project requests along with support and adherence to organizational requirements and reviews.

Key Accomplishment:

• Asked to serve as Program Leader and primary architect of national resource redeployment process during initial period of COVID-19 pandemic. Developed nation-wide matching process in record timing leading to identifying hundreds of available clinical resources eligible to redeploy to areas with critical needs.

Responsible for successful delivery of large scale, highly complex projects and programs with senior-level internal and/or external sponsors and stakeholders.

Key accomplishments:

• Enterprise-wide Program Leader for highly successful Health Insurance Marketplace Program that received local and national recognition, including The White House. Program assisted more than 600,000 individuals with estimated 75,000 consumers enrolled into network insurance products aligned with Trinity Health Regional Health Ministries by year two.
• Co-led development and implementation of one of nation's largest and most successful centralized programs of Meaningful Use for Eligible Professionals. Program successfully attested 687 providers as meaningful users during 2012, initial year of Program. Produced over $10 million for organization during FY13. Passed all 8 Federal Medicare audits and all state Medicaid audits. In 2014, Program effectively supported over 1,200 attesting providers.

Served to guide and support large-scale preparations for multiple Trinity Health hospitals with big-band implementation of EMR and revenue systems.

Key Accomplishments:

• Oversaw and supported Readiness activities for two newly acquired hospitals and affiliated clinics during last 7 months of EMR big-bang implementation. Achieved lowest number of go-live issues to date. Realized substantial operational efficiencies resulting in significant financial savings. Increased clinician and patient satisfaction.
• Led successful implementation of new EMR for emergency department in Port Huron, MI hospital. Overcame physician resistance that previously prevented implementation. Resulted in increased electronic physician order entry hospital wide by more than 20%. Significantly increased patient safety and physician and colleague satisfaction.
