- While being a sales lead I overlooked the associates, assuring that they were targets and assisting them with any challenges they would endure with a customer. I was also trained in the visual aspect of the store so the people walking by are drawn by the setup of the store and want to make them come in and shop with us.
- As the ASM I oversee operations which include, sending back inessential items, keeping open communication from HQ to the associates. As a store we are given tasks daily to complete by either EOD or EOW, I have to use my time management skills to see what I can complete on my own and what I can delegate to the team.
