07.2019 - Current
Currently run an offsite location and an solely responsible for communications with the customer, parts orders/ inventory, and maintaining a fleet of 43 units.
Assist current supervisor with the task of taking customer phone calls, and scheduling work for Technicians on the next shift.
Assist parts manager/ maintenance coordinator in receiving and inventory and organization of the parts areas by brainstorming better ways to lay out our shop. For instance, when our shop received a large shipment of new equipment for our mechanics to use, our parts guy had a hard time figuring out where to put it all. I was able to use my tools and knowledge to re-route pumps and oil barrels to better accept all of our new tooling.
Assist Senior Technicians with with heavy repairs and computer issues and pass down their knowledge to junior Techs.
Created systems to help prevent future slow downs, such as starting a tire log at my offsite location to keep track of every tire I do and all of it's information. This idea has already helped management and I overcome parts inventory confusion when needed.
Troubleshot complex mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools, reducing repair times significantly.
Mentoring junior technicians, fostering a positive environment that improved overall team performance.
Performed vehicle services and DOT safety inspections.
