Maintenance Controller with a primary background of Business Jet diagnostics and aircraft management experience, and extensive work on audit / report heavy shifts. Experience working on 9 or less, 10 or more, and regional jet certificates, as well as in a dual certificate environment with multiple GMMs for a single fleet type. Looking to work in a business jet environment as a Maintenance Controller, with an interest in achieving Senior Maintenance Controller responsibilities.
Overnight shift, 6PM - 6AM working all fleet types. Primarily consists of wrap-up with pilots (and their AOGs), overnight RTS, and aircraft status / due list auditing.
Primarily worked independent Gulfstream fleet, in both an on-call, remote capacity, and in facility. During integration of Gulfstream team into main-fleet, also worked multiple fleet types as a General Fleet controller in a more team oriented environment.
Worked as CRJ 200 Regional Jet controller under Air Wisconsin's United Regional Charter program. Heavy workload environment consisting of fast paced quickturn AOG events between legs, performing pre-trip diagnostics for common reset events, and managing a massive active MEL list.
