Nathan Bryan

• Involved in setting goals for the Church in cooperation with the Senior Pastor.
• Preach, Teach, and Disciple members and prospective members.
• Involved in leadership development.
• Especially focus on the younger members of the Church - socializing with them.
• Meet with the youth leaders, as well as prospective ministers and train them in their ministries.

Outreach and Evangelism

• Spend 20-30 hours a week of ministerial time on outreach.

Service Planning and Leading

·Help coordinate monthly worship service agenda.

·Create and implement programs, policies, and events in accordance with the mission of the church.

Assistance

Upon request by the Senior Pastor will:

• Assist Senior Pastor as needed in daily operations and leadership of the church upon request, and when the Senior Pastor is not available.
• Assist in administrative duties.

Meetings

Attend a weekly pastoral staff meeting where the Senior Pastor and Associate Pastors meet.

·Attend weekly staff meetings focused upon follow-up of guests and absent members.

·Attend monthly council meetings; and assist in their planning and implementation.

·Attend Annual Planning Retreats, and assist in the planning and coordination of these retreats.

• Planned weekly groups as well as special events and overnight retreats.
• Scheduled and managed teams of youth volunteers.
• Oversaw youth ministry budget and tracked all expenses.
• Taught and counseled youth ages 12 to 18.
• Set goals for youth in the church and communicated with parents regarding progress.
• Organized and held weekly youth services.
