
Cybersecurity student at the University of Southern Maine with academic and lab experience in networking, Windows Server administration, security fundamentals, and technical troubleshooting. Seeking an entry-level IT support, help desk, systems support, or cybersecurity internship role where I can apply hands-on coursework, troubleshooting skills, and customer service experience.
Systems & Networking: Completed coursework and labs involving Windows Server 2019, Active Directory user/group management, basic Group Policy, file sharing and permissions, VLANs/subnetting basics, network troubleshooting, log review, and network traffic analysis.
