Debtor representations include, among others: Reverse Mortgage Investment Trust Inc., Impel Pharmaceuticals Inc., Eiger Biopharmaceuticals Inc., and ICON Aircraft Inc.

Drafted opinions and orders, drafted bench memorandums for chapter 7 and chapter 11 matters, researched case law, conferenced with Judge Jernigan regarding oral and written decisions, and communicated with attorneys and court staff in connection with hearings and orders. Handled all aspects of the Highland Capital Management, L.P. bankruptcy case.

Prepare initial drafts of opinions and orders, prepare bench memorandums for various chapter 7 and chapter 11 hearings, coordinate with other interns and court staff in preparation for hearings, and conduct legal research for both bankruptcy court judges and district court judges.
