With a wide variety of skills, those being team based, management and healthcare, I feel I am a very adjustable asset to any company or organization willing to add me onboard.
I am licensed in virtually all warehouse equipment, experienced with leading, directing and guiding a backroom / warehouse unit tasked with unloading stock from trucks, working along a freight line, sorting and inputting data from said deliveries as well as working one-on-one with employees under “disciplinary” actions or guidance.
Similarly, my almost 5 years in healthcare taught me a great deal of patience. It taught me to connect with those around me, aiding me to better understand and help individuals who may need it.
No matter the field, I am very familiar with working a chain of command and falling in line with compliance and directions. In other words, you point and I will shoot.
During my time as a CAP Supervisor I was responsible for receiving and unloading general merchandise trucks, meat and produce deliveries, as well as frozen & dairy freight.
I was also tasked with managing the back room team, which required daily planning, sorting of general merchandise as well as distributing. While these were my main functions, my list of tasks expanded well beyond the warehouse environment and into the sales floor as well.
In the back room, I was also in charge of identifying potential shrink, managing high-valued items and ensuring their security and delivery to their designated areas.
