Consult with insurance claim representatives, home modification coordinators, case managers, and occupational therapists to define parameters for home modifications or new home construction as it relates to the injured party (customer).

Create an all inclusive cost proposal for home modifications or the construction of a new home based on plans and scope of work.

Finalize contract documents.

Create schedule for project.

Contact sub contractors and material suppliers throughout the construction process to assure timely completion of the project.

Coordinate with the customer regarding aesthetic selections for the project.

Visit the job site to assure accuracy and quality of all work performed.

Communicate with the customer throughout the project regarding the current status of the project and what to expect moving forward.

Complete change of work orders as needed.

Review subcontractor billing for accuracy in comparison to estimates and change of work orders.

At the end of the project confirm that all contractual obligations have been met and that the customer is highly satisfied with there completed project.

Develop drawings and construction level plans using ADA guidelines and occupational therapist recommendations in order to maximize the rehabilitation and quality of life of the injured party.

Consult with the injured party and there advocates to develop an understanding of how areas of the home will be utilized and what specific design aspects can be incorporated to meet their specific needs and lifestyle.

Provide cost comparisons for barrier free living options.

Provide alternative proposals for barrier free housing projects.

Provide expert witness testimony specifically as it relates to reasonableness of proposed home modifications based on current law.
