  • In-Car Computers, In-Car Video recording solution - OS imaging, configuration, patching, updating. Ensuring audio/video are recorded, offloaded to sheriff's video repository/cloud platform over WiFi and LTE.
  • California DOJ CJIS Compliance: Oversaw and ensured compliance of California DOJ security policies with In-Car computers in all sheriff's patrol vehicles accessing CLETS and NLETS. Administrated Netmotion Mobility server/client solution, providing FIPS compliant encrypted tunnel from patrol vehicle to county network resources.
  • Traveled to sheriff substation locations throughout county and provided user support, software and hardware upgrades, network configuration and maintenance for substation office and patrol fleet.
  • Restored end user confidence with sheriff's IT support by implementing proactive approach of engaging all staff with professional and caring helpdesk troubleshooting and tracking by email, phone, onsite problem resolution.
  • Worked extensively with outside vendors for fiber installations, internet service handoffs, cabling, contracted 3rd party solutions integrations in all facets of sheriff's office, including county jail facilities.
