Over the years, God has placed me in various ministry roles where my skillsets (gifts) were recognized and encouraged. Understanding that the body of Christ consists of many believers with various skillsets (gifts), pastoral ministry should be approached with a teamwork mindset that empowers others according to their gifts from God. Creating relational environments is critical in all aspects of discipleship, which is why I have incorporated them in campus ministry, church ministry, and outreach initiatives (Table Talk).
