  • Hired on the build team to expand the SLC market for Slalom, which grew from from $0 to a $15 - $25M Annual run rate in the first 3 years
  • Advisor to executive level stakeholders to align Cloud strategy and goals with Business objectives
  • Provide executive and engineering guidance through proven Cloud adoption and migration frameworks that span the strategy, assessment, mobilization, migration, and optimization phases
  • Build lasting partnerships through strategic alliance cultivation, channel expansion, and partner ecosystem enrichment to grow our Cloud business
  • Go to Market lead for partner relationships with AWS, Azure, Google and others
  • Deliver on transformation engagements that range from traditional lift-and-shift migrations to green field development of cloud-native solutions and everything in between
  • Supervise to ensure synchronization between different teams with a cohesive approach across the organization for successful end-to-end delivery

  • Managed and distributed over $15M annually to internal sales teams by leading, developing, and executing targeted campaigns to identify which clients may benefit from additional investment to migrate
  • Content Development Global Lead – Developed key assets to support Cloud sales pursuits (Assets Included use case narratives, cloud workshops, eLearning training and sales/technical presentations)

  • Reduced spend by over $15M in 18 months by consolidating fragmented and duplicated spend and reducing or eliminating unnecessary IT costs by standardizing support agreement models and adjusting professional service contracts with strategic vendors
  • Led complex contractual negotiations including Master Services Agreements, Software Licensing, Statements of Work and Evaluation Agreements by coordinating with legal, procurement, business stakeholders and suppliers
  • Established and governed relationships with strategic suppliers that maximized value and reduced risk for Accenture and its clients

  • Customer facing role that operated as a single point of contact or as part of a team to design and sell a solution from Stage 0 to Deal closure and on to successful implementation/transition
  • Interfaced and collaborated with client teams to help translate, architect and shape cloud hosted solutions for our customers
  • Worked with clients to manage cloud related business activities and help them understand the strategic value of cloud computing with a focus on how to both complement and transform traditional IT into a cloud enabled business that incorporates “as-a-service” offerings
  • Realized over $13M of new revenue (across several clients) by decommissioning infrastructure no longer utilized by the business
  • Repurposed the savings for investment in innovation
  • Accountable for the operational success, supportability, and cost of designed solutions until deployed environments were fully in-use and accepted
  • Managed a 2000 server consolidation project for a large telecommunications client with managed applications hosted on a siloed infrastructure
  • Defined and implemented a virtualization environment in a phased migration that resulted in significant savings in server-related capital investment (70 percent), operational cost (30-40 percent), and server provisioning time (from months to days or hours)
