• Daily administration support for Quality Management Systems including user administration, profiles and roles, and platform customization
• Provides support to users of the application, such as reporting and troubleshooting common issues
• Provide recommendations for application improvements, utilizing knowledge of best practices and data management
• Keep up to date on new apps, features and functionality
• Facilitate or participate in testing activities to ensure development work meets user requirements.
• Prepare materials and/or conduct end-user training sessions to support new or updated systems and applications
• Manage existing system dashboards and reports, as well as support ad hoc requests
• Work with project and change managers as needed for projects related to Quality Management Systems.
• Document and maintain process, policies, application configuration, training and help related material for users

• Responsible for working in a set of chicken houses (includes help with production, feed, water, pits, mortality, and pest control.)
• Responsible for working with managers to ensure that the goals for the house are being met and that everything is running efficiently.
• Responsible for filling in when coworkers miss, quit or take vacations – overtime may be required in the event of a problem.
• Responsible for ensuring house guidelines are followed, birds are content, and eggs are running smoothly up the belt to the grading area.
• Responsible for pulling mortality and not leaving until the job is complete.

Machine Operators complete a variety of maintenance, development, and operations tasks that promote the efficient production of a manufacturing plant, construction site, or other professional setting. Their duties and responsibilities often include:

• Monitoring and maintaining warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Setting up manufacturing equipment.
• Overseeing training of new or Junior Machine Operators
• Using machine equipment to complete tasks
• Performing routine inspections of manufacturing equipment
• Evaluating the efficiency of each unit regularly, identifying improvements as needed
