As a volunteer at the North Hollywood Interfaith Food Pantry, I assisted in serving individuals and families in a community-focused environment. I helped organize and distribute food while maintaining an orderly, respectful, and welcoming space for all visitors. The role required teamwork, reliability, and clear communication with both volunteers and community members. Through this work, I contributed to efficient operations and supported families with care and professionalism.

As a volunteer assistant water polo coach, I supported the supervision and development of athletes in group training and competitive settings. I helped plan and lead practices, emphasizing skill development, teamwork, and discipline while maintaining a safe and structured environment. I worked closely with players of varying ages and experience levels, adapting instruction to individual needs and providing consistent encouragement. Through regular communication with athletes and fellow coaches, I contributed to a positive team culture focused on growth, accountability, and mutual respect.

During my internship, I worked on analyzing commercial real estate markets by assessing key economic drivers, risks, and long-term opportunities. I researched industry trends such as the growth of e-commerce, increased demand for last-mile logistics, and ongoing supply chain shifts to help inform investment perspectives. In parallel, I participated in the firm’s investment competition, where I helped manage a $1M public equity portfolio using trend-driven strategies across equities and options, achieving a peak profit of approximately $200K. I also attended weekly seminars led by analysts and portfolio managers that deepened my understanding of capital structures, market mechanics, financial analysis, and restructuring.

As a volunteer tutor, I worked closely with elementary-aged students in both one-on-one and small-group settings, providing academic support across a range of subjects. I adapted my teaching approach to different learning styles and age levels, ensuring concepts were communicated clearly and effectively. In addition to reinforcing core skills, I emphasized structure, patience, and encouragement to build students’ confidence. Through consistent support and positive reinforcement, I helped create a focused and supportive learning environment.

As a lifeguard, I was responsible for maintaining a safe and controlled environment for swimmers of all ages in a high-traffic aquatic facility. I continuously monitored pool activity, enforced safety protocols, and responded calmly and effectively to emergencies when needed. The role required clear communication with children, parents, and teammates, as well as strong situational awareness and sound judgment. Through consistent vigilance and teamwork, I helped ensure a welcoming and secure experience for all patrons.
