It is my responsibility to keep the production line stocked and flowing with screens for printing. I apply stencils to silk screens for the screen printing process using a UV exposure unit proofreading for spelling errors or flaws in designs to ensure proper Imaging on garments after printing is complete. I then reclaim or clean the screens of all ink and chemicals and then coat each with a photopolymer emulsion and prep for a new stensil. It is also my responsibility to research new and improved methods and products in my department and to test their efficiency. I oversee other employees that work in this department and do regular maintenance on all required equipment.
