Cleaned dishes whenever applicable, and kept kitchen areas clean. Labeled containers when needed, and folded pizza together together. Cleaned the outside dining area, and cleared the trashes when filled up. Prepped various vegetables and dressings for the salads. Broke down recycling and took out trash, worked from mid day to close. Refilled soaps around the work spaces, and cleaned bathrooms.

Started each morning with weighing and pressing pie dough, and moved to whatever was needed after that. Mixing pies, pressing cookie wheels and rolling them, pulling bread from the oven, helping tray all baked goods at the end of the day, cleaning stations around me, and helping with dishes.

Worked in various buildings around the zoo, doing a multitude of tasks. Most required cashiering and customer service, taking orders and cleaning the dining areas. Making certain foods and throwing them in the oven, pulling and serving them to the customers. Making and restocking pretzels and churros in the pretzel warmer, and helping close if working those hours. Closing the registers down, turning the ovens off, wiping down all surfaces, sweeping and mopping, general things to close the building up.
