Summary

As Student-Athlete I developed skills that taught me time management, leadership and team-mate development that carried over to the workforce.

I am a local Branch Manager at a large International Company. In the past few years I have held manager positions at numerous locations throughout Metro Atlanta. I would be assigned a position in a under-developed branch and in return I would strive to develop the branch to exceed company expectations. Under my management each location grew over 30% in total revenue and 40% in fleet size. We lead Georgia in Customer Service surveys ranking my branches in the top 5%. I have motivated and developed my team, earning us the #1 position in Georgia. Because of my drive and work ethic I have been awarded the Triple Crown Award three times, an Enterprise Prestigious Award.

I honed my skills at customer service, speaking with clients, overcoming issues with broken items or missing parts, explaining & providing operational information.

Accomplishments

  • Enterprise Triple Crown Award
  • 4 - Year College Scholar Athlete
  • M.O.D. Squad (Men of Distinction) - A mentoring program for troubled children. I was honored to participate in this program. Over my tenure, I was assigned two young boys to guide, encourage and support in all aspects of their lives. Although a difficult task with football team obligations and college studies I found great satisfaction in watching the boys grow over the years.
  • Leadership Council - This Council consisted of 8 Elite Players from the College Football Team. To be considered for selection you had to excel not only on the football field and the class room but in life, being a leader and mentor to all. The program was developed to bridge a gap between the coaching staff and players. We would meet weekly with the coaching staff to develop and promote ideas to enhance athlete performance on and off the field.
  • Miracle League - A program that was created to fulfill dream of those with disabilities who desired to play baseball. I was selected as a Mentor because of my compassion toward those in need. Basically you assist with those simple tasks that most take for granted such as batting, fielding a ground ball or running the bases. I know that my sponsor, his family and teammates appreciated my dedication and compassion but I honestly feel I received more in return watching him develop and grown throughout the year.
