Lead customers through the selection and purchase options available to them which included new and used vehicles. Assigned to work with new Subarus and Kias however Dulles Motorcars had two buildings, the other being a Dodge Jeep and Ram side, that we cooperated with as well. Duties included preparing customer information needed for finance, such as trade in, customer credit application, etc. Other duties included assisting manager with computer issues within my ability as well as helping with spreadsheets whether correcting errors or creating any useful tool/document(e.g. detail slip, customer tracker/organizer).

Provide customer service through the sales process for perscription and non-perscription eyewear. Other duties include inventory, reporting, and assisting on site lab.

Managing our staff of mobile teachers who are sent to schools for after school programs related to STEM. Duties include assignment and scheduling of mobile classes, as well as reviewing and training mobile teachers. In addition, also assiting with on site after-school program with tutoring, field trips, and other activities. Other duties incude prepping, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment issues.

Use of operation equipment to produce prescription lenses through the surfacing and coating process. Including generating, polishing, and inspection. Other duties include calibrating and maintence of machines, as well as opening and closing lab.
