- Maintains telecom accounts for accurate billing of telecom services, such as pagers and cellular billing and reimbursement
- Analyzes billing detail to ensure it conforms to University policy, procedures and contractual guidelines, and identify areas for cost savings
- Performs primary level customer service using ticketing system, by analyzing customer inquiries, resolving incidents and preparing correspondence, journal entries and special reports
- Assists in database information, vendor media file and archive maintenance for OIT operations
- Helps access vendor billing systems for bill payment, development of Interdepartmental Transfers (IDTs) and report production
- Assists in the development of the internal reference program for the HEAT system previously used by University Hospital affiliates.
