- Prepared athletes for special competitions in and out of state while traveling with wrestlers and families to tournaments all over the country.

- Through being the manager of the entire wrestling program from the top down I learned the amount of passion and effort it takes to strive towards building a successful program on and off the wrestling mat, while learning the importance of the big picture and not just wins and losses.
