*Host morning tool box meetings. Speaking over any changes to site conditions which may affect the safety of workers. *Conducted five observations of workers' behavior daily. Implemented coaching when necessary. *Inspected employee safety equipment, managed a detail ledger of findings daily. *Member of apprenticeship programs: MSA and The Safety Committee. *Operate a PD10 Machine to drive production piles/posts. *Driving piles into ground without damage to equipment or materials. *Assist in installation of various pile types, maintenance, and greasing of pile equipment *Check work along the way to ensure adherence to code and specifications. *Use levels, rules, plumb bobs,
framing squares, and surveying equipment to ensure materials are plumb, level and secure. *Measure height, width, length, and other proportions. *Follow all safety protocols put in place by customer.

*Construction site cleaning and prep, demolition, back-fill excavations. *Removal of trash and unwanted material work with heavy machinery operators, cement mixer, forklifts, backhoes and cranes.

*Troubleshoot and repair: pool pumps, filters, heaters, chlorine generators, Installation of pool equipment, safety cover measurement and installation & replacement liner measurement and installation, Chemical testing of
water, addition of proper chemicals, Backwash filter systems, empty all skimmer baskets and clean pool equipment.
