• DAH: Dealer After Hours, Dealer After Hours functioning essentially as an answering service for dealers outside of their locations’ business hours. The major objective of this application is to have different dealerships with varied locations in a Volvo showroom. Customers and drivers who are having problems with their automobiles, particularly Volvo vehicles, will contact agents. The agent can create a ticket based on the customer's needs. The information on the ticket is shared between the Dealer and the customer. Customer issues can also be resolved by the dealer. The case status will be updated once it is settled.
• BB: Body Builder, The BB is a case under CCMP application. If any BB person wants parts of Volvo/Mack, the BB person will contact the Volvo agent. Once the agent receives a call from BB, they will fill all the required details. Body Builder Support for assisting body builders, dealers, and customers with the configuration and building of vocation-specific bodies (refuse/garbage trucks, concrete pumpers, cement mixers, etc.) on our chassis.
• CP: Concrete Pumper, The CP case is also under CCMP application. If any customer wants parts of Volvo, based on the case, the CC person will contact the Volvo agent and fill all the required details.
• CBR: Case Based Reasoning, Case Based Reasoning provides information urgently needed to supplement our standard/legacy service information. The team composes and publishes CBR articles/solutions to dealer and internal parties.
• DS: Diagnostic Session, Diagnostic Session is used to facilitate the dealer's ability to search for, use, and track CBR articles they use in the diagnosis and repair of vehicles.
• DTS: Dealer Technical Support, DTS Dealer Technical Support provides assistance directly to dealers with the diagnosis, repair, and upfitting of Volvo and Mack Trucks.

• Low Code App Builder, The low-code development tools create the code for you. User interface capabilities such as drag-and-drop, process flows, and visual tools allow anyone regardless of technical ability to create transformational software. This approach enables increased productivity. Low-code tools make application development simpler.
• Low Code App Builder Extended, Pega's low-code technology allows you to build an application that captures data and initiates business processes. The power of Pega's low-code technology allows you to create an application where you can interact with your users in the channel of their choice. With omni-channel development capabilities, organizations can unify their development activities for all the required channels rather than maintain disparate lines of code.
• System Architect, In System Architect, I got Tourist Car Rentals (TCR) scenario and performed the task. Tourist Car Rentals (TCR) is a small rental car company that serves customers vacationing on selected island locations. With significant growth in the business, TCR needs to streamline the rental reservation process. TCR wants to offer a digital experience where customers can log in or sign up for a new account and reserve a vehicle for their vacation stay.

• Monitoring production application and performing sanity checks every 20 minutes
