- We have 8 mentally challenged ladies per apartment with 2 hab aides
- This is a A job were lots of patients is required
- Very appreciative of the opportunity I have with these ladies they really gained a special place in my heart
- Not an easy job but worth it you gain so much
- Driving mini van filled with 8 woman far destinations (food, doctors, errands, family )

- My role as a server is prepare everything before the guest arrive, once they arrive i seat and wait until they're ready to take there orders
- Multitasking is something I had to learn and I began to be very good at it, it makes the job so much easier
- I always like to ask them about there day and make sure theres anything I can do to brighten there day
- I then bring out their meals and check up on them
- After the dinning room is clear my team and I clean up and prepare for the day next day.
