Day Trader
Hello everyone,
My goal is to start an investment group with the day trading broker TD Ameritrade. In reality, my end goal is to bring public equity to The William apartment complex in Athens. I am prepared to meet with the owners of the William to possible merge with REITS to provide equity to our apartment, a real estate investment trust that is focused on bringing luxury and value to their residents as an overall investment. As a investment goes, I plan to hedge our initial investment of equity by potentially working with dividends to raise the overall value of the apartment complex. REITS are creative because it allows money to grow freely by increasing the value of the area we live in. As an end goal, plan to add more properties to the REIT of our choosing to ultimately bring more value to Athens, Georgia and the University of Georgia.
