Nehemiah Brown

I have volunteered helping with homeless feedings, elementary school festivals, and worked as a server for multiple birthday parties. With homeless feedings me and others would give the basic needs for living to those who needed it most. During elementary school festivals I would help run game booths and haunted houses. Finally, with birthday parties I would help serve food to the guests.

Provide supervision and care for children and ensuring that they are well-taken care of. Cooked meals and provided children with snacks. Played games and participated in fun activities with children. Taught them educational nursery rhymes and songs.

Teaching and directing songs to the youth and help to prepare them to be performance ready. Working hand in hand with musicians to create one sound.

Assist members and visitors to their seats and provide with basic needs that they may need throughout the service. Making sure things are running smoothly and making sure members and visitors are well taking care of. Taking lead in offering and communion portions of the service.

Leading sectionals with my respective section. Making sure that the other singers withing the section are up to date and know their music. Make sure notes, counts, rhythms, solfege, etc. are written in music. Making sure that the sound of the choir is what it should be. Leading stretches, warmups, and class discussions. Taking care of attendance before and after concerts, meetings, and special events.
