I am a strong mentor for the region and provide corporate training as an ex AP Corporate Trainer for Nordstrom. - I am the Area Asset Protection Manager supporting our South Florida District. I supported four Nordstrom full-price locations and 11 Rack locations. I supported 13 AP Managers and a team of 35 asset protection employees.
- Over this year I drove high productivity with internal and external investigations, I have produced solid shrinkage reduction results YTD, reducing shrink in my district by 65 basis points overall.
- I have won the AP Holiday Cup for top results in the SE Region. We are in the era of RFID. We are utilizing this to track trends and adjustments to identify internal, external, and processes. Shrink can only be impacted if we work together in all areas of the business.

- I am currently responsibly for the Palm Beach Gardens FLS Asset Protection Program. I am leading a team of 3 Full Time Asset Protection Agents. We are driving shrinkage reduction through strategic implementation of Nordstrom's AP Pillars ( Protect People, Physical Spaces and Product Accuracy).
- We mitigate Internal and External losses through Investigative strategy's, Product Protection Strategy's Accuracy Initiatives (Stock walks, RFID, Cabling and sensor standards .etc) and Store Partnerships.
- 2022 we closed 81 external arrest and 7 internal Investigations 2nd in the region for external productivity. This had us leading the region for Case Productivity vs Reduction efforts.
- We have improved shrinkage by 107 basis points taking our shrinkage from a 2.13% down to a 1.06% CTD.
