Possesses full understanding of the inventory process (i.e., cycle counts, returns, slotting, inquiries, recalls) and overall department functionality Uses various systems to clear inventory errors and issues

Monitors work for inventory operations and achieves all business objectives

Prepares and conducts team meetings, training sessions, and other events to communicate clear goals to team.

Proactively communicates improvement goals

Maintains accurate inventory levels and meets compliance controls

Cross-trains in all inbound/Inventory processes

Operates Power Industrial Equipment (i.e., Order Pick, Stand-up Forklift, Reach Truck, Walkie Rider) as needed

Supports other activities and projects as assigned

Keeps warehouse area clean, neat, and organized
