Over the past 10 plus years I have been in this industry I have used many different traffic control companies. Most are of the same standard, which are poor on average. I believe we have been using US Traffic Control for almost two years now. I have no intention of using any other company

US Traffic Control as a whole has always met our needs no matter the time and quantity requirements. You’re traffic control labor is better than any of those I have previously worked with but that’s not to say we haven’t had issues with some of the crews or their personal. From time to time we have. However THESE issues is where US Traffic Control stands out the most and here’s why. Whenever I or my crews or county inspectors have a complaint what so ever of US Traffic I make one call to you and the issue is resolved within an hour or sooner. To be honest the reason I keep using US Traffic and not go with a say cheaper traffic control contractor is because of you, Beth. Whenever I have an issue i simply make a phone call to you and you personally handle it in a timely manner and your employees respect you. This is extremely uncommon of your competitors. I’ve lost traction of the number of times I’ve had to fire traffic control crews from my job site and then had to shut the job down due to no tc. This cost time and money. Not once have I had to do this with US Traffic and I contribute that solely to you. You always line up crews where there needed and respond immediately to any issues we may have
