Was promoted to an offline position, Where I supported my team by learning all the processes and how to fix equipment.
Assuring that the lines stay moving to hit production needs.
Trained new associates on the processes, as well as crossed trained current associates.
I was then promoted to a Team Lead position in Gear. Where I was able to learn new lines and equipment.
As well as keeping up with reports, quality and training associates in different areas.
Leading and supporting my team to make production while still maintaining good quality.
