Nelson Villamar

Driven by a commitment to community and environmental well-being, I leveraged teamwork and organizational skills during a volunteer initiative with a Non-Profit Organization, significantly contributing to the cleanup of Miami Beach. This experience honed my perseverance and underscored the importance of collaborative efforts in achieving tangible results.

I play at a club called Miami FC. They have a professional team which has a youth academy which helps young players to climb up the soccer pyramid as the player ages in order for them to have a clear path to pro. I compete in this academy because I believe I can work like a professional and eventually sign a professional contract with the first team. It is very challenging, as many other players have the same goals as me, but with extra effort and outworking the people my age, I know I can achieve my goal.
