  • Primary point of contact for faculty, students and partners with major healthcare systems throughout the city (UNMH, Presbyterian, Lovelace, NMVHCS) regarding onboarding requirements and MOU stipulations by maintaining detailed records of program activities and participant data, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.· This often included the submission of student rosters and other compulsory, sensitive information as well as frequently requiring the distribution, collection, organization and submission of external forms under strict deadlines.
  • Successfully oversaw the administrative processes for 464 student rotations and coordinated the credentialing/onboarding process for 744 clinical placements in the previous academic year (Spring 2023 to Spring 2024).
  • More specific duties include evaluation of professional documentation including immunizations, background checks, BLS certification, and tracking of validity throughout the nursing program by maintaining and updating the databases that house them. These databases currently include myRecordTracker, Typhon and self-created spreadsheets.
  • Responsible for the creation and maintenance and distribution of student user guides, instructions, information sheets, etc. to facilitate successful clinical experiences.
  • Created, implemented and continue to host presentations/workshops regarding student requirements that are now offered at least six times annually.
  • Presented at larger, new student orientations regarding requirements as well as level progression meetings.
  • Participated in regular meetings with team members to discuss progress updates, address challenges, and brainstorm solutions for ongoing success.
  • Other supportive tasks have included data collection and analysis for accreditation purposes, meeting minute taking and event support (i.e convocation).
