Studies and analysis on Latin America oil market

• Development and analysis of a data book with information about supply, demand, refining capacities, import, export at Latin American Region in the last 20 years and with projections up to 2015-2020. This data book allowed clients to have a broad and long-term vision of downstream development in the region to cushion an eventual downfall on prices and to meet the incremental changes of demand for cleaner products and larger volumes.
• Support in technical and economical evaluation for the development of parity formulas for specific Colombian crudes using H/CAMS Software (Haverly System). This study allowed the negotiation of crude prices between Colombian companies in a win-win relationship.

Support in technical and economical evaluation for the development of parity formulas for Venezuelan and foreign crudes using a proprietary crude valuation model (MS-Excel based LP model of typical refineries)

• Provided technical support using knowledge of complex technology to solve problems and support new projects.
