Day to day responsibilities included:

● Development of prototype metal models

● Riveting, spec nuts and spot-welding assembly

● Monitored and adjusted production process and equipment for quality and productivity

● Inspected finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications

● Conducted troubleshooting on robotic operations

● Conducted laser, press, and assembly buyoffs

● Provide check-aid and tooling modification to spec

● CAD design Interpretation

● Communicate with designing team to solve development progress.
