- Work with Finance and Tax Departments to assure organizational compliance with federal and state community benefit documentation and reporting requirements.
- Oversee the collection of data through CBISA (Community Benefit Inventory for Social Accountability) for all of CHI Saint Joseph Health facilities.
- Responsible for coordinators and reporters be in place at each facility.
- Work with Finance to finalize the collection of data.
- Lead for completing the annual community benefit report and publication.

- Assisted writing the 2012 Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) grant and the Floyd Dental/Oral Health Coalition received one of three grants awarded in the state of Kentucky.
- Member of the following community councils, coalitions and/or boards: Kentucky Agency for Substance Abuse Policy - Pike/Floyd board; Floyd County Schools Emergency Management Team; Allen Central High School Youth Services Center; Practice Prom Pride Committee, Floyd County Cancer Coalition, Floyd County Relay for Life and Floyd County Dental/Oral Health Coalition.
