Working at Sabira for the past year i have worked in front of house as a server, host and servers assistant. I've also worked as an expeditor and am currently working the position of pantry cook. I am also currently next door at Souk (Also owned by Moussa) working as a host in the mornings.
Tasks :
- Preparing ingredients and maintaining cleanliness of kitchen workstations throught shifts
- Operating point-of-sale systems tp process customer orders and handle cash transactions
- collaboration with team members to ensure timely service during peak dinner hours
- monitoring food saftey standards and adhering to health regulations in daily operations.
- set up dinning areas, including arranging tables and ensuring necessary supplies are available.
- Greeting customers and providing friendly customer service with a highly hospitable attitude
- Assisting in taking orders, preparing food, and delivering food to tables in a timely manner
