My responsibilities as an AFM aka "Amnesty Floor Monitor" were to handle floor operations (Amazon Robotics) , clear obstructions, reboot and trouble shoot drives and clear jams with Automatic stations and the conveyor belts.

My job responsibilities as a shift lead were:

• Completed store opening and closing procedures and balanced tills.
• Trained new employees and delegated daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Maintained a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety standards were met consistently. (I was hired around covid and we were very strict about cleanliness)
• Oversaw cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation at all times.
• Managed inventory to prevent stock shortages and maintain product availability.
• Handling the phone and online delivery services.
